The Morrow County Health District is governed by a board of five elected directors. Board meetings are open to the public and are held the last Monday of each month. The meeting location rotates through the communities of Heppner, Boardman, Irrigon, Lexington, and Ione.
Members of the public may share comments, ask questions, and submit public records requests to the District by mail (PO Box 9, Heppner, OR 97836) or by email (community@mocohd.org).
Morrow County Health District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Morrow County Health District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
