Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ), used across the globe, is a reliable and effective screening system that pinpoints developmental progress in children between the ages of one month and 5 ½ years. It’s the standard for well baby exams.
School Age Children (6–12 years) Adolescents/Teenagers (13–18 years)
Well child exams /Adolescent Wellness / Complete physical assessment done at time of wellness exam. If needed, a sports physical is included in the exam. An additional benefit to regular well visits is the ability to create strong, trustworthy relationships among provider, parent, and child.
