Acute & Chronic Disease Management

At Morrow County Health we aim to offset the stress, symptoms and severity of acute and chronic disease management.  When suspicious symptoms occur, our patients are seen on an acute basis by our healthcare providers. We run a variety of diagnostic tests to help pinpoint the nature of the disease. If our patients then require more specialized care, we offer disease specific specialists to consult with.

Some of the diseases Morrow County Health helps manage include: diabetes, asthma, COPD, and more. Together we will monitor progress specific to your disease and work with you to track, review and act on the results to ensure that you get the best care.
