Certified Physician Assistant Matthew Tiemann joined Morrow County Health District in September 2016 and provides full-time family medical services at the Irrigon Medical Clinic. Tiemann received his undergraduate degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He then attended graduate school in Pittsburg, PA at Chatham University where he received his graduate degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
His medical interests are family medicine and pediatrics. He enjoys working in small rural communities that offer a tight knit feeling, which really allows him to get to spend time with, and get to know his patients.
Matt and his wife, Courtney, have twins; a girl and a boy. His other interests include traveling, camping, fishing, hunting, gardening, catching and pinning insects, and riding motorcycles.
