Morrow County Health District is seeking candidates for its CEO/Administrator position. This is the chief administrative position for the District, which consists of a 21-bed Critical Access Hospital; 2 Rural Health Clinics which are certified as Tier III Patient Centered Primary Care Homes; an Ambulance Service; and Home Health and Hospice Services. The District also provides administrative oversight for a local Assisted Living Facility. The successful candidate must reside in the county.

Full-Time Family Practice Physician
Morrow County Health District, a community focused health care provider, is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join its organization. The Physician’s principal responsibilities will be primary care clinic services at Pioneer Memorial Clinic in Heppner with scheduled Emergency Room call and inpatient coverage at Pioneer Memorial Hospital. Emergency Room and inpatient coverage may be taken from home and would be equally shared by three other providers. Deliveries are not performed at Pioneer Memorial Hospital so OB skills are not required for this position. Minor procedures may be performed at Pioneer Memorial Hospital or Pioneer Memorial Clinic, depending on the provider’s preference, expertise and comfort level.
Pioneer Memorial Clinic is a certified Rural Health Clinic/Patient Centered Primary Care Home and is NHSC certified for its loan repayment program. Provider schedule allows for quality time to spend with each patient.
